Jon Cyr in Concert at CIOE

CIOE 97.5FM will be host venue to a Bluegrass & Classic Country event featuring trio of local talent. Jon Cyr, Waylon Robicheau and Luke Teasdale will be joining forces on a night of Bluegrass & “Bluegrass Infused” Classic Country that you won’t want to miss out on!

Jon Cyr has been playing to audiences large and small in and around Nova Scotia for the past 5 years and has earned a reputation of having a library of songs from many different genres. His roots were born in Bluegrass Soil and he has ventured back to the festivals that inspired him to play guitar at the age of 14.

Waylon Robicheau is well on his way to his Mandolin Masters currently playing with The Bluegrass Unit. He is a multi-instrument musician who is very well known around the Bluegrass scene for his vocal ability which can be found on either of the Bluegrass Unit CD’s “Set List Vol 1 / Set List Vol 2”.

Luke Teasdale grew up in Stewiacke NS, currently at Saint Mary’s university studying engineering. Luke is also a multi-instrument musician playing guitar, mandolin and bass. He is currently playing mandolin with Shadow River.
